Have twisted blade against material. Blade is too hard for material being cut. Cuts have been to long without sufficient breaks (blade has overheated). |
Hold material securely whilst cutting.

Carrington Industrial Abrasives Pty Ltd warrants all products against defects in workmanship or materials. CIA Abrasives under this warranty is limited to replacement only. In no event shall CIA Abrasives be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising out of the failure of any product to operate properly. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damages resulting from operator abuse or misuse.
Notes from CIA Abrasives
Important when choosing a diamond blade is accurately identifying the material to be cut. There is a correlation between the life and cutting speed of the material being cut, CIA Blades cut a range of materials, but for optimal performance the blade should be matched to the material you cut most often.
Note: Dry blades can be used either dry or wet, but wet blades must be used with water only.
